HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Liz Verona has a chart size runs true US clothes size unless it says something different. We recommend you to use our Guide to Measuring Your Body to match your measurement to size our chart.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please call us or fill out the contact form at lizverona.com and provide your order number for a response within 24 hours. Please do check your email and spam folders as updates about your order status are emailed to the address you provided.

NEED TO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REPORT A DAMAGE

No problem at all. We have your back! We accept returns/exchanges of most unused merchandise. Please contact us

The merchandise must be returned to where they were purchased.

Can I exchange an item for another size, style or color?

Yes you can, as long as they are unworn/unused and in the original condition you received them. They also must not be customized pieces which are final sale.

COULD I CUSTOMIZE MY CLOTHES?

Yeah! Sometimes, you can. We love making what you want to. You just need to select your model, or color of choice to make the gift of your dreams.

Our warehouse is located in Meridian, Idaho, USA. Clients seen by appointment only.

There are NOOO :( returns or exchanges on special custom ordered pieces so please make sure of your size, and color selections. See our sizing resources in the links below to make sure you are making the correct selections. If you are unsure about your size or color choices we recommend you to contact us, or order from our stock if you want the option to return or exchange in case of wrong sizing.

You can customized any of our products. If you do not know what you want, you can get an appointment with one of our team members to talk about options, to see fabrics, and materials.
